Client path
This is how an operations management engagement actually proceeds. No cloaked process, no surprise workstream. Dates and fees are confirmed in writing before implementation starts.
You write through the contact form or email info@digitalmadobs.com. Tell us what is stalling, who owns delivery today, and whether you need a diagnostic or already know the missing piece. We reply on business days, Eastern European Time.
A short working conversation: volume, roles, tools already in use, and constraints we must not break (compliance, client promises, shift patterns). If we are not the right help, we say so here — not after a paid kickoff.
You receive a written scope: services, samples of work we need to see, named counterparts, and a proposed window. You also receive commercial terms from the offer. Work does not start until you confirm.
We observe live work, map stalls, and draft the cadence, SOPs, or board with the people who will run them. Workshops are short. Most of the design is done on real items from your queue, not hypothetical cases.
Artifacts go live on an agreed week. We sit through at least one full cadence cycle, correct what the week reveals, and freeze version one. Delivery means the team used the system, not that a file was emailed.
During the engagement you have one primary contact at Digitalmadobs. Updates follow the same cadence we are installing: a short written note after each cycle, with open questions listed rather than buried in chat.
You either stop with a handover pack, continue into embedded operations support, or add an adjacent flow. There is no automatic renewal. If the system is running, we leave it with the named owners.
Sessions may be remote or on-site in Bălți and surrounding regions, as agreed. We do not record meetings unless you ask in writing. Files you share are used only to deliver the scoped work. See the Privacy Policy.
