We propose operations management work in one of the four engagement models below. You choose a model after a conversation. We then send a written confirmation of scope, window, fee, and deliverables. Work starts only when that confirmation is accepted.
Usually 2–3 weeks
A stall map, meeting audit, and recommended stack. Designed for teams that need a shared picture before they change the week. Often the first paid step. Maps to the Operational Diagnostic service.
You receive a written readout and a go / no-go recommendation.
Usually 4–6 weeks
Install a weekly and monthly operating rhythm, including meeting purposes and the first live cycles. Used when the stall is coordination, not missing SOPs. Maps to Cadence & Meeting Architecture.
You receive a cadence charter and two observed cycles.
Usually 8–12 weeks
Diagnostic plus cadence, plus the SOPs, handoffs, and visibility board for agreed flows. This is the core implementation offer for teams ready to change how work moves. Combines the design services on the services page.
You receive version-one artifacts used on a live week, plus a handover note.
Monthly, after install
Embedded support on the cadence: exception reviews, SOP revisions, and owner coaching. Maps to Embedded Operations Support. The retainer is time-boxed and does not auto-renew without written agreement.
You receive session notes and a monthly operating letter.
Send the stall you want solved. We will recommend a model or tell you if a lighter internal change is enough.
